Pride Community Care Ltd provides support for adults with mental health conditions, learning disabilities and substance misuse problems, to assist them to live independently in their own homes in the community. Pride Community Care Ltd

Pride Community Care Ltd established, 2002, by Amanda Waterworth RGN, RMN, BA (Hons), Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, RMA Manager/Director.

There was a need for the provision of continuous care from residential through to independent living. We deliver care within Pendle, Rossendale, and Burnley. We specialise in Mental Health and are commissioned to LCC to deliver this service under the framework. We are commissioned under the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and registered with CQC.

Care In Your Home

We are proactive in promoting independence and enabling people to take ownership of their support needs, promoting people’s privacy, dignity, individuality and choices. We meet individuals needs using the holistic and person-centred approach and promoting independence through assessment and reviews. Staff have excellent rapports with individuals using the service. All staff promotes support around personal care maintaining individual’s dignity and are respectful, medication compliance, social activities, and shopping.Staff have excellent rapports with individuals using the service.
